Why This Work Matters
High performance is a skill. So is presence. So is feeling at home in your own body while you move through a demanding life. I help ambitious people develop the inner stability that makes everything else (the wins, the pace, the pressure) feel more sustainable, more easeful, and more yours.
My Path to This Work
I spent sixteen years in international trade and have lived across three countries. I understand the rhythm of high performance: the drive, the discipline, the constant forward motion. I also know what it's like when that forward motion becomes the only mode you have. What shifted for me wasn't a rejection of ambition. It was discovering that presence and achievement aren't opposites; they're partners. When the inner world is stable, the outer world doesn't just look successful. It feels like yours.
What I Bring
I've practiced yoga since 2011 and have taught since 2018. But this work goes deeper than movement. Since 2017, I've been committed to daily practice and the applied study of somatic awareness and spiritual inquiry, not as concepts, but as lived experience. I now guide others through the same integration: body, mind, and nervous system working as one intelligent system. The result isn't less ambition. It's ambition that doesn't cost you your peace.
Why Clients Stay
Many of my clients have worked with me for years, not because something is wrong, but because this work keeps refining what's right. It's a practice, not a fix. And it meets you wherever you are: whether you're navigating pressure, seeking more clarity, or simply ready to enjoy the life you've built.
I meet you where you are. I offer both challenge and care. And I walk with you into what's next.

How We Can Work Together
Private Yoga Practice
Group Sessions | One-on-One Sessions | Online or In Person
Yoga is how I care for the people I work with.
We begin in stillness, with inner reflection. From there, movement arises to help release the mental clutter that has accumulated: impatience, anger, guilt and so on. As these clear, spaciousness opens. The breath deepens. The body softens.
From this, focus sharpens, clarity expands, and creativity flows. Many practitioners find they are more productive, more inspired, when the mind is no longer crowded.
We also challenge the body. Through intentional movement, we strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and build resilience. The spine is nourished through rounding and arching, which hydrates the discs, supports bone density, and releases stored tension. Circulation improves. Posture realigns naturally. The body becomes more adaptable, more capable, more alive.
Each session is fully attuned to you: your body, your current state.

Corporate Sessions Tailored for the Workplace
Online or In Person
Bring ease, clarity, and renewed focus to your team.
These sessions are designed to fit seamlessly into the workday. In just 30 minutes during a lunch break, your team can reset. No sports clothes required. No equipment needed. Just a simple, guided practice that releases tension, clears the mind, and restores energy.
When employees feel calmer and more grounded, everything improves: focus, collaboration, creativity, morale. This isn't a perk. It's an investment in how your people feel and perform.
Sessions can be delivered online or in person, tailored to your team's needs.

For Young People
Group Sessions | One-on-One Sessions | Online or In Person
Your child isn't broken. But they may be overwhelmed by school, friendships, or pressures they can't quite name. Some struggle with confidence, or big emotions they don't know what to do with.
This isn't about labels or diagnoses. It's about giving your child someone who truly cares and can help them find their footing.
This is what I offer: a safe, warm space where young people learn to understand themselves. Not therapy. Not fixing. Loving, honest guidance that helps them see how their attitude shapes their experience and how to work with their inner world rather than be overwhelmed by it.
When a young person truly gets this, something shifts. They become calmer. More confident. More themselves. They stop being so hard on themselves. They learn to handle pressure without shutting down or lashing out. They start to trust themselves.
These are life skills, tools they will carry forever.
Since 2018, I have worked with children and teenagers one-on-one and in small groups. I meet each young person exactly where they are. Some need structure and gentle challenge. Others need softness and permission to breathe. I listen for what's needed, and the approach unfolds naturally, session by session.
Let's begin.

My Journey
In my twenties, I was fortunate to tick all the boxes of the human dream: married, great job, healthy, happy. But not really happy. I went through an incredibly challenging period. Everything looked perfect on the outside. Inside, I was searching.
This search led me to yoga. Not as exercise. As a path. Since my teens, I had read countless books on energy, the mind, and more. Yet I did not apply any of it. Much later, through practice, something shifted. I realised yoga is not about looking pretty in a pose. That is only one aspect. There is so much more. Yes, take care of your body. But please, tend to the mind. For this is the root of it all. An untrained mind can cause so much suffering, for yourself and others.
Through years of practice, and the fortune of my Teacher, I came to understand many of my patterns. One of them was control. And control is based on fear.
I used to try to control everything. I planned my own funeral, down to the songs and the colours to wear. At my wedding, the priest held up a printed map I had given him with exact instructions. My bridesmaid joked, "We all got one of these." We laughed, but the truth is, I was exhausting myself. And everyone around me.
The thing about control is: you cannot actually control anything. And trying to is so tiring. You cannot enjoy the moment because if it doesn't go according to your plan, you are miserable. I was giving myself such a hard time. And of course, everyone else too. Yes, I achieved results. But the cost was so high.
What I learned is this: you cannot control anybody. You cannot control life. But you can learn to command your own mind. And this is where everything shifts. The mind can limit us so much without us even noticing it. This is why the practice matters. Through the practice, I invite you to immerse yourself in presence and to carry this into your daily life. Through the practice, we learn to expand our awareness. To open up to more. To notice what we could not see before.
In yoga, we go into challenging poses willingly. We notice the inner dialogue. The resistance. The voice that says "I can't" or "this is too much." And we choose to embrace it all. Welcome it all. Stay with it. Breathe through it. This is not just exercise. This is training for life. Because life will put you in uncomfortable positions. It will challenge you. It will ask you to hold steady when everything in you wants to run. The mat is where we practice. So that when life asks it of us, we are ready.
And here is the beautiful thing: the same way you learn to find ease in a difficult pose, you learn to find ease in a difficult conversation, a difficult decision, a difficult season of life. The body remembers. The breath remembers. And slowly, what once felt impossible becomes available.
I experienced this firsthand. Years ago, I left a company after a big fallout with the CEO. Four years later, they brought me back. Everything was the same. I even rehired the same team. Yet my experience was completely different. Why? Because I was different. Because of my practice. The environment had not changed. I had. And that changed everything.
This is what I came to understand: the mind is not neutral. It shapes everything you see. You do not experience the world as it is. You experience the world as your mind presents it to you. Two people can stand in the same room, at the same moment. One feels safe. The other feels threatened. The room has not changed. But their experience is entirely different. Why? Because the mind interprets, filters, and shapes reality before you even become aware of what you are seeing.
This is not a flaw. It is simply how perception works. But when we do not understand this, we believe our experience is the whole truth. We defend our interpretations. We suffer our projections. We think the movie on the screen is the only movie that exists.
It is not.
The moment you begin to see this, something shifts. You start to recognise the difference between what is actually happening and what your mind is adding to it. This is the beginning of freedom.
You cannot outrun what lives inside you. But you can turn toward it. And in turning toward it, you begin to transform it.
Beyond my private practice, I offer group sessions for caregivers supporting the elderly. It reflects what matters most to me: that this work is available to anyone who is ready.
If you have read this far, something brought you here.
